Use of the bpecch Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. bpecch reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time, and accounts found to be held by persons under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately and any funds in such accounts may be withheld pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the bpecch Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Platform is intended for use by players in Pakistan and other jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted under applicable law. bpecch makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are displayed on the relevant cashier page within your bpecch account. bpecch offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between the specific offer terms and this Agreement, the specific offer terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the offer details. Only wagers placed on eligible games and markets contribute towards wagering requirements. bpecch actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses under multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, and using automated software to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, bpecch reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close the account involved.
The bpecch VIP programme operates across four tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Black Diamond. Tier advancement is based on qualifying wagering activity over rolling assessment periods. The rewards, limits, and benefits associated with each tier are subject to change. Participation in the VIP programme does not constitute a contractual entitlement to continued membership at any tier.
bpecch reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where it suspects match-fixing, manipulation, or any other form of irregular activity. A bet is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation reference from the Platform. Verbal or informal confirmations carry no binding weight.
In the event that odds, lines, or game results are published on the Platform due to a technical error or obvious human mistake, bpecch reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the relevant stakes to player accounts. This includes instances of "palpable errors" — for example, odds published at a manifestly incorrect value due to a data feed malfunction.
Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the relevant market result is determined, the applicable bpecch sport-specific rules will govern the settlement of affected bets. Live in-play betting is offered on selected markets, including PSL cricket and other featured sporting events. In-play odds are subject to rapid change and temporary suspension during key moments within an event. bpecch will not be responsible for bets placed on incorrect in-play odds where those odds were the result of a data feed delay.

In any event, bpecch's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration administered under the rules of a recognised arbitration body. Participation in arbitration does not waive any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Pakistani law.
Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded by contract.
